Friday Assembly:

Last Friday our class shared our work at assembly.  In class we had talked about the things that would make our classroom a safe and friendly environment to learn in.  We made posters highlighting what was most important and wrote a sentence to explain what that really meant.  Everyone in the class shared their poster and read out their sentence.  I was so proud of the high standard of their work and their confident clear voices.  Well done Room 13!

Our classroom.

We have been working hard on making our class into a happy learning environment where everyone will do their best.  We have decided what is important to make Room 13 a safe environment. We have also talked about some of the things that we would like to do this term.

Some of this work is displayed on the classroom walls.  You are welcome to come in and look at it.  Tomorrow (Friday 19th) we are sharing some of our work at the school assembly.

Remember everyone that you can bring your togs and towel tomorrow (Thursday 11 February) and join in with the water fun sports time after lunch.

Bring and Buy!

Making Sherbet.

The last Bring and Buy for 2015 and once again Room 1 prepared the sherbet.  We made it on the Friday morning so it was very fresh and tasty.  We estimate that it sold out in 15 minutes.  A great result!

Monday 19th October  Take home your letter for Bring and Buy.  Check that you have everything prepared and ready to bring along.
